Position: Experienced Native-Speaking EFL Teacher

Location: On-site at clients’ offices or at our school (location varies)

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality English language instruction tailored to the needs of business professionals.

Conduct lessons focusing on communication skills necessary for meetings, negotiations, presentations, and other business contexts.

Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote effective language learning.

Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and proficiency levels.

Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals.

Requirements:

Native-level proficiency in English.

Proven experience teaching English to business professionals, with a focus on meetings, negotiations, and presentations. Experience teaching outside of Japan is acceptable.

Instructors with experience teaching company classes preferred. Please note the name of the companies in application.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license.
